1. Introduction

Welcome to Hostbella. These Terms govern your use of our website and services. By using Hostbella, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Prohibited Use & System Integrity

Hostbella maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the misuse of our infrastructure. The following actions will result in immediate suspension and termination of services without prior notice:

  • Illegal Files: Hosting, storing, or distributing illegal content, including but not limited to copyrighted material (piracy), malware, or any content prohibited by Danish and International law.
  • System Harm: Any attempt to damage, disrupt, or compromise our servers, network, or security (e.g., DDoS attacks, port scanning, phishing, or uploading malicious scripts).
  • No Refunds on Abuse: Accounts terminated due to illegal activities or system harm are not eligible for any refunds, regardless of the service type.

12. No Use By Minors

Our Service is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using Service, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age and with the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

Notice: If you are not at least 18 years old, you are prohibited from both the access and usage of Hostbella services.

⭐ PDNS Master Admin Module Policy:

Refunds for this module are only issued if the software fails to function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the technical issue within 5 business days. Furthermore:

  • Monthly Subscriptions ($12.95): Refunds are only available within the first 48 hours of purchase if the module is found to be incompatible with your environment.
  • Annual Subscriptions ($99.00): Due to the significant discount provided, annual licenses are strictly non-refundable.
  • Technical Responsibility: The 5-day resolution period only applies to confirmed bugs within the module itself. Issues arising from server misconfiguration, third-party software conflicts, or lack of technical knowledge are not grounds for a refund. Custom installation services are available as a separate paid service.

14. KVM VPS & SMTP Policy

To prevent network abuse and maintain a high IP reputation, the following rules apply to all KVM VPS services:

  • Port 25 (SMTP) Blocked: By default, outgoing traffic on port 25 is blocked on all new VPS instances.
  • Unblocking Requirements: Port 25 can only be opened upon request after a minimum of 30 days of active, paid membership and at least one successfully paid invoice.
  • Spam Tolerance: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards SPAM. If port 25 is opened and used for malicious mailing or spamming, the service will be terminated immediately without a refund.

13. Accounts

When you create an account, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

22. Governing Law & DPA

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.

Data Processing Agreement: By using Hostbella services, you acknowledge and agree to our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which is an integrated part of these terms and available upon request.

26. Acknowledgement

BY USING SERVICE PROVIDED BY US, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
